Hi, I’m Jessica — the creator behind S.H.E. By JZ: Sensual Health & Empowerment. Since 2017, I’ve been dedicated to helping women feel confident, connected, and completely at home in their own skin. What began as a passion for teaching sexual health and empowering women has grown into a vibrant space where education meets laughter, and confidence meets community.
As a stay-at-home mom of two amazing children and a proud girlfriend, I understand the importance of feeling supported, seen, and inspired — both in everyday life and in our most intimate journeys. That’s why every event, party, and conversation I create is designed with warmth, authenticity, and a whole lot of fun. Empowerment shouldn’t feel intimidating; it should feel uplifting, exciting, and totally judgment-free.
My mission is simple:
To educate, empower, and celebrate women — helping them embrace their sensuality, their confidence, and their power, one meaningful experience at a time.
