Shipping policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding some holidays). S.H.E. (see what i did there?) ships all packages via USPS.  

I'm a one woman show - with 2 kids - so i try my best with shipping as fast as possible i promise! 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email me by messaging me in the contact form on the home page!

Your order will be processed and shipped within 7 - 14 business days after the order is placed - excluding weekends and holidays. In-stock items will be shipped within 72-hours.

You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your order is processed.

RETURNS

Due to the intimate nature of the product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 60 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued. 

REFUNDS 

No refunds will be issued.
